Meditation & Mindfulness

I am a down-to-earth meditation practitioner. My meditation practice follows the loving-kindness and somatic awareness traditions of Thich Nhat Hanh, Tara Brach, and Josh Korda.

Meditation creates a space to slow down, listen deeply, and bring kindness and care to our everyday experiences.

  • By observing our own minds, and really feeling at one with the aliveness of the world around us, we gain a calmer, clearer perspective.

  • The more we connect in slow mindful ways with the beauty around us, the more healthy we become, and the more positive we feel.

  • As we sense how deeply connected we are with the different forms of life around us, we are naturally more inclined to care, and to live life in a more peaceful and balanced way.
